Elite provided metal framing, GWB and veneer plaster finishes for the high-end condo renovation project directly across from the famed Public Gardens on Boston's Beacon Hill. Elite provided metal framing, acoustical sound clips, GWB and veneer plaster finishes for this high-end condo renovation in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood.
For this new Apple Store at the Market Street development, Elite provided metal framing, insulation, drywall installation, vinyl wall panels and finishing. Also, a novel ice melt system was installed by Elite on the roof of the store. These are the first Amazon Books in the east coast. Elite provided metal framing of walls and soffits, as well as drywall installation and finishing.
For this 45,000 SF Entertainment Facility and Restaurant Elite provided engineered exterior framing, interior framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings. The project was constructed on a design build basis, working in concert with the owner, general contractor and design professionals. The first location in the Boston area of the upscale casual restaurant and bar, located at Assembly Row in Somerville.

Often referred to in the construction industry as "Gypcrete" (in reference to a product made by Maxxon), Gypsum Underlayments are an economical way to meet demanding acoustical and fire rating requirements.
