My experience at Northlake Family Dentistry was unlike any dental appointment I have ever experienced. The receptionists and dentist had outstanding customer service. The dentist was patient and she listened. I felt important!! I called the office the day before Néw Year’s Eve with a problem, and the dentist stayed open after hours to do several fillings for me. She also personally researched how much I needed out of pocket. I love her, and plan to be her patient forever!! Awesome Dental Office!!!

Dr Pom cleaned and inspected my teeth and gums, identified some potential problems with my gums and gave me a bottle of medication to use twice a day for a week and several time a week for subsequent two weeks. She is a very good and thorough dentist and I have enjoyed her care since she took over from Dr. North.
