We have used Shanna two times now to buy a house and sell ours. Both times she was wonderful to work with. She paid attention to details, and found us great homes for what we needed. Both times, the closings were difficult because of how everything needed to line up, and Shanna navigated through it without a hitch. I don’t like packing up a house, so hopefully we won’t have to use her again for 18 or so years... 😂
