I took my Tahoe in to have the front shock absorbers replaced, and other fixes. When I arrived the Tech1 Auto staff was waiting for me, asked if I need a ride home (the work requested would take a few hours), and offered me an available loaner car. Later in the day when I returned, the work on my Tahoe was completed, as requested.

He worked with me to find a fix that I could afford, and never once made me feel out of my depth. When I went to pick it up, he was the one behind the counter and I felt so blessed to have interacted with him! Got in my car and cried tears of relief and happiness

I have never used an Independent shop in my life because I've always Worked for dealerships. What a GREAT shop! Tyler was the only one in the office when I walked in. Warm smile, good eye contact. Good communication throughout the process. Fantastic personality for working with people. He went out of his way to find a matching tire for my GMC.Ownership and employees are honest. Both our vehicles were done on time and right on the money. I will be bringing my truck back soon. Highly recommend 👌

Everyone at Tech 1 Auto was very professional and courteous. I never really leave reviews but felt compelled to in this case. They were clear in communicating with me all of their maintenance findings with regard to my car, and never tried to sell me on a service that I didn’t actually need. I’ve used Tech-1 for a number of years now. They service all 3 of our vehicles and NEVER try to sell you a repair you don’t need.
All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I have questions about a repair, such as getting new struts on our Camry, they take the time to explain why the repair is needed and if there are any options.

I can't even find the words to describe how amazing this establishment is. Krista listened to my exact needs/concerns and was able to relay that to Tyler so when I received the call back everything was addressed. Tyler's communication throughout the process was above and beyond. The technician was even able to diagnose problems that two other shops could not. We have never felt safer putting our kids in the vehicle. We left feeling more like we had just left a family gathering than a repair shop, and for me that speaks volumes. Absolutely the best shop ever . It has taken us 6 years to find a trust worthy place to work on our cars . Took our car in for 70000 mile check . The customer service is outstanding. Love the text messages with photos and list of things checked . 100% transparency we asked for a couple of additional photos and they sent them straight away . Highly recommend. Will be using them now for all oil changes as well .

First and foremost. This is one of the most honest, if not THE most honest shop I've ever experienced! I went in with what I thought was an issue (due to my research and other shops saying the same thing over the phone). Well, the issue was something completely different, something cheaper.
The staff from the front desk to the mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable! Plus the 3 year 36,000 (maybe 30,000 I don't remember) mile nationwide warranty is amazing too! Thank you everyone!

5 stars for the customer service & care of this place. I brought my car in & was helped by a man named Tyler, who the entire time was so incredibly helpful & honest through this whole process. He explained the issues in words I could understand & he also showed true sympathy for the bad car luck I was having. I asked him what he thinks I should do & I feel like he gave me a truthful answer & wasn't trying to just get money out of me. Tech 1 offers a financial help program which I think is very cool cause I've never heard of mechanics doing that & car troubles

Had my timing belt replaced on my 2003 Tacoma. I dealt with Hunter. He was very kind and professional. The quote was competitive and in the end I was charged less than originally quoted which is always a good thing. They also wash my car before I picked it up. Clean work and finished when promised. They checked all my boxes. Highly recommend. I will return again

I'll admit I was sad when my mechanic of 12 years (Thunderbird Automotive) merged with Tech 1 Auto, because T-bird always provided me with reliable, trustworthy, efficient, and honest work. I was nervous about trusting my vehicle with Tech 1 Auto, but my fears were put to ease when I was treated like a VIP upon entering their doors. The folks at Tech 1 Auto might have saved the lives of my entire family. I took our Grand Caravan in to get the oil changed just a few hours before leaving on a planned 1,000 mile round-trip family road trip. While changing the oil, the tech noticed that BOTH front tires had severe tread separation on the inside lips of the tires and one back tire had a nail in it. I had no idea there was anything wrong with any of the tires and would have hit the road with those tires heading for disaster. DANGEROUS and maybe even deadly if we had a blowout... especially at highway speeds! Thank you Tech 1 Auto

Needed a new alternator for my car and wasn't sure where to go. Have not had the best luck finding a mechanic. Came across Tech 1 while getting quotes. Shoutout to my girl KRISTI. She made things less stressful. Even helped with a tow and offered me a ride to the shop if I had needed. Got my car fixed ahead of schedule and had a loaner car for me to use over the weekend which was so helpful. Definitely my new go to mechanic. If 10was an option that would be my choice.

I visited Tech 1 today to see if they would be able to replace the factory mirrors that I have on my 2015 Chevy Silverado with some towing mirrors that I had already purchased from a Chevy dealership a few months ago.

When I first moved to AZ from MN I had a check engine light on my VW Jetta. Finding out I would fail my emissions test with that might on I took it to Tech 1 Auto. In MN, I had taken it to two different car repair shops as well as 2 VW dealerships--no one could figure it out! Tech 1 Auto fixed it! Great customer service!

This is the place for auto repairs! My car had an odd thing happening sporadically. Instead of throwing up thier hand, and saying come get it, the owner of the shop made it his personal mission to find out the problem! It took some time because it was a weird thing, but when Fred had news, he let me know. They were more than fair with the cost. If you want lip service and fast turn-around time, go somewhere else. But if you want it done right, this is the place!

Other shops told me $75-90 just to come into the shop. Other places were a little intimidating over the phone and hard to deal with.
