JMB Construction is Nevada-based and family-owned. We work hand-in-hand with the project owner and design team to provide the high quality workmanship that we demand and the client deserves. John M. Beard, a commercial general contractor with more than 30 years' experience, launched JMB Construction in 1994 and quickly built on his reputation for responsive, innovative, and efficient service.
After John served a tour of duty in the Navy during the Vietnam War he began his construction career in California as a member of the Carpenters Union Local 152 in 1976. He transferred his membership in 1978 to the Las Vegas Local 1780, worked on many high profile structures and laid the foundation for a career in construction.
