Weisner Real Estate is a company rich in Eastern Shore history and family participation. In 1938 Raymond A. Weisner moved to Salisbury from New York and established Deer's Head Realty Corporation, a property management company, and Raymond A Weisner & Associates, a real estate brokerage firm. In 1974 Raymond's grandson Michael Weisner moved to Salisbury and took over management of Deer's Head Realty.

Deposit amount is one month's rent. In certain situations a double deposit may be required - no rental history, insufficient credit (under 600), or recent bankruptcy. We require a monthly "Pet Rent" for cats and dogs. Renters insurance is mandatory for dogs and certain dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.
