Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for the following reason:
I purchased 2 day shipping on an item on Thursday. Friday I was contacted for more information that they needed to fulfill my order, that they admittedly neglected to collect at the time of purchase. I gave this information to the service rep at 1pm Friday, but he had already… left work for the day. So I had to contact another rep, who subsequently assured me that my package had been shipped, and was in transit. That turned out to be false. While they had purchased a shipping label (GROUND shipping, btw), they neglected
