My name is Dr. Thomas Baker and I am passionate about kids. With three wonderful kids, I feel I can relate to your family. Kids are my life! I interact with them every day in the office and my wife might even say I am still a kid at heart! I bring a fresh perspective on pediatric dentistry.
Prior to my residency, I graduated cum laude from BYU-Idaho with a BS in Biology in 2010 followed by a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2014 after finishing in the top 10% of my class.I was awarded the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Student Award of Merit and elected into the Beta Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Pediatric Oral hygiene and adequate home care is imperative if you want to maintain a healthy, beautiful smile and prevent costly dental treatment in the future.

We generally recommend that children visit the dentist every 6 months for an exam and cleaning; however, depending upon your child's needs we may recommend that he or she be seen more frequently.

I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care my daughter has received @ Baker Pediatric Dental. She has some under lying health conditions and Dr. Baker has had great knowledge on how this impacts her dental health.
Unfortunately due to these conditions she had to have 6 crowns done, four to the front teeth. To my surprise they look so natural and beautiful, you can't even tell! 100% would recommend Dr. Baker and his staff to care for your child's dental needs.

I started bringing my kids to Baker Pediatric Dentistry after my daughter broke one of her front teeth. We had been going to a different dentist in the area, but he seemed to hate us and I wanted to take my kids to a dentist who seemed to like what he does.
Dr. Baker has always been kind to my kids. He is excellent at helping them be comfortable and making them feel like he's happy to see them. The office is friendly and inviting and there's a train that drives around the ceiling in all of the rooms. If it isn't on, you can ask the ladies at the desk and they'll turn it on for you if it's working

Our first visit ever with a dentist, the staff was super friendly, the assistant that cleaned my son's teeth explained everything to him and made him less worried. I had a couple concerns with his teeth they did x-rays and explained the plan of care clearly. dentist was super friendly and great with kids! would recommend to anyone with kids
