We had a great experience here. We were moving from Washington to Texas with a 9 month old and started having transmission issues. We called and Talked to Army who was so helpful and kind she fit us in because we were traveling even though they were busy. Our mechanic Louis took great care with our vehicle. We couldn't have been happier with the service and people. I can't recommend them highly enough

I am not sure why all the 5 star reviews. This shop has been yanking around my family for 2 weeks. They had a faulty transmission ordered through their inventory. Instead of ordering another and installing it, theyve made us wait until they could warranty their new transmission (saving them money but putting us out). That is poor business practice, that warranty issue is internal with the business and should not affect turn out times for clients. Extremely rude employees, incompetent shop. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you.

Army was very nice. They saw I came in with my kids and tried to have me in out which I appreciate so much. They let me know of something else in my car that needed to be changed which I appreciate. Fast and friendly service will recommend to my family and friends.
