I needed to get an old photograph scanned in really high resolution and size so it could be reprinted for a print job. (The photo was a small 3 by 3 inches). Because the image was borrowed from an organization that I was working with and they were anxious about letting the image out of their sight I promised to return the image as quickly as possible. I was so happy to see this print shop near the organization's location and called ahead to see if it would be possible to scan an image at much higher size and dpi than the standard 300dpi. The guy that was there was very friendly. I went there to get a document notarized but the notary public was not in. The guy said he would give me a call when the notary person gets in. I never got a call. But if you are lucky enough to get the notary public, it is $10 cash only, according to the sign. The shop was nice and orderly. I have not gotten any printing services from here.

I have been a long time customer of 26 Years dealing with Sudden Printing when they were a small independent business before the business sold to a new owner.The new owner is like night and day. 3 part patient forms are difficult but not impossible, they cost a lot. The last order I received from them was severely wrong. I told them what I wanted on the new forms which consisted of only changing ONE THING. To make sure there was no confusion I had them send an employee with the new form so my staff could proof read it and make sure everything was correct; which it was. When I received our new

I've been using Sudden Printing for the past 5 years. I believe my boss has been ordering his business cards from them much longer.
They offered me a great quote on business envelopes, which I was getting somewhere else, and I saved 25%, which is great, especially in this economy.
Then things went downhill. They used to be good about responding to email, having orders ready in a few days, yet once it took over a week, with no explanation, no apology, nothing. I came here to print some documents from my email. They were short, unpleasant, unhelpful. and when I finally had them printed, some of the documents I printed were not there. Of course with there being about a hundred pages I did not look through every one, so i will have to go get them printed again....SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have a voodoo thing going on with this place. This is where I bring my important faxes.

They have copiers and paper and a parking lot. And a rack of cards that they rarely change out. I should know, I read them over and over again every time I go to do a fax. Which is about twice a year.
