This is a poorly run and dysfunctional company that will mislead you and tell you they can produce your product and take your money and make you absolute unusable junk.
When we complained we were promised new samples of our product. This never happened. First there were excuses why they hadn't done anything further and then they never responded to emails, phone calls and texts.
They also still have our parts that we paid for to give them for samples along with being out the money we paid for our samples. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like COVID-19.

Easily the WORST run company I have ever done business with. I am not embellishing.
I wish I could leave them a 0 star review. The team's communication is nonexistent. I emailed this company 2 times and didn't receive a response. I then decided to call the company after the product was 7 days late. I left a voicemail but didn't get a response. A total of 9 days later I called again and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, a man named David answered the phone. He said they were having trouble making the product. I said okay, why wasn't I notified? He didn't have a reason

if you have the schematics, it would cost minimum $36 for any print. Most orders go anywhere from $100-$1k. It would be perfect if I had a production line, and needed to leverage some economies of scale. Unfortunately, for me, it's just me!
As for how SD3D was, I really appreciated the professional attitude displayed by their salespeople. He was very polite, courteous, and pleasant to talk with. And to be honest, I half braced myself for some uncomfortable conversation after

This company was quick to always cash the check, but provided poor quality and did not delivered what I asked for after two attempts. Always late and always poor quality, Could not use the parts do to poor quality.

This is my first post ever on yelp.
I took my invention idea to SD3D so they could help me make my first prototype. I set up a meeting with David to talk about the design and printing process and if they were able to do it.
I paid the first half upfront which was $750 and i was excited as HELLL
we decided a six week timeline on the long end
we decided on the look and different aspects on the design Very basic design
Pretty much the timeline was not met or even close to being met
The quality of the small piece they actually printed was a joke
The design was different then what we talked

Great team to work with. They made a 3D model for me and printed the prototype. A bunch of smart, young guys who work fast and actually CARE about helping you! They are very reasonably priced too. Every project no matter how big or small they will get it done and communicate with you along the way. I mostly worked with Kevin and Ahmad, good guys with a positive can-do attitude.
