This office has no clue what they are doing. They have changed my policy on my auto insurance twice in the past 2 months when I have done NOTHING to change anything. I was paying $35 a month for liability insurance on my vehicle for over 2 years and suddenly my last 2 bills have been over $85 and I have had to pay for the policy changes I did not make. Every time I call this office I get told that they are going to fix everything and NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED.

Ms Hatcher is courteous but don’t even try. My experience was ok until they decided to terminate my auto insurance for filling claims. So I pay for insurance but get terminated for using it when I need it? I will definitely not recommend State Farm no more. Has better service with my previous insurance and better coverage. Do your shopping and heed my warning, they will terminate your insurance for using it.
