I was hesitant to post this because my actual massage was nice.
When I pull into the parking lot, I noticed multiple people coming out of the business, not wearing mask, I went to the front door, looked inside, lobby was full… No one wearing mask. I opened the door, asked the front desk receptionist if they wear masks here? She told me “well, yeah… But it’s not like I wear it 24-7.” And a gentleman(maskless) from inside an office adjacent to the lobby, loudly informed me that my masseuse would be wearing one. My friend and I went in today for a scheduled appointment. When we entered the receptionist was not wearing a mask, I ask her very politely if she would wear a mask. She replied that she did not wear a mask she never wore a mask and if we did not want to stay we could leave. We chose to leave and I ask her if it was not a state requirement, which it is, to wear a mask in a business if you are working there? She briefly shook her head no at which time we told her that we were going to choose to leave because we did not feel safe. She then replied I do not live in fear which made us very uncomfortable

I could not be more disappointed in Cosmic Groove. Today was my first and last time trying this place. I arrived early to fill out paperwork. My apt started 20 min late. Therapist never introduced herself. I think her name was Jenna??? At the beginning I made sure to ask if I would still get the full hour I paid for and she stopped 10 min early. I had asked for hot stones, they were barely even warm to the touch. There was quite a bit of road noise. The pressure was very inconsistent and massage overall felt very unprofessional. I honestly have had better massages by students at the massage school

Have always had a good experience, I go for massages every 2 weeks for health reasons. They are accommodating when you need it. They have continued to raise the prices, so it's not what it used to be and some of the therapists now don't have the quality of ones previously that I used to see on a regular basis.

I have been here a few times. My most recent appointment was with Janet. Absolutely wonderful! One of the best I have had in years. I find them easy to book and very reasonably priced. It's true that every massage therapist has a different "touch" or technique. It's a good idea to communicate your expectations with the front desk. Relax and enjoy.

This place is one of a kind. Not only did I receive a relaxing, professional message from a kind and caring Massage Therapist, I also left this place with a renewed sense of health and well being. I'm quite sure you will not find a quality massage for a lower price than what the Cosmic Groove offers. I will be back for more! 5 stars!!! Thank you for doing what you do!

This was my first time going, I did a search for places that take walk ins. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment right away. I also got a $5 discount on top of the already decently priced services for an early bird discount special they are currently running which was nice so I just added that $5 I saved to tip my massage therapist Toni who was lovely. She had a nice touch and good energy. They also have a Buchi tap in their waiting room which I thought was super awesome. The only thing I think they should do is have a recycling bin instead of a trash can for the plastic cups
