Fairchild Construction has built two homes for us, plus added on to our current home when we needed a " place for Mom." We love working with them. They were able to help us build a home we love and yet kept us within a reasonable budget by offering expert advice and alternatives to our "wants". We now have a home we love dearly and enjoy living in every day. We have great respect for them and consider them friends.

John and Randal with Fairchild construction were so easy to deal with. Every concern of ours was met, and they matched every detail of our “wishlist”. Their knowledge and experience helped us build our dream home, everything from the custom cabinets and kitchen island, to the front entry way framing and our double shower! So happy with the way our home turned out.
