Janey grew up in Arvada and outside the office enjoys family time with her two young children and husband. During her time off you'll find Janey browsing in stores and conquering different parks with her kids. She also enjoys exercising and running while listening to her favorite podcasts. She has been with our practice since 2015 and enjoys working beside Dr. Zeitlin.

At first, I thought Dr. Zeitlin’s office would be better than the place I left b/c I would be able to see the same dentist for every visit. I appreciated the thorough comprehensive exam and I needed help with gum recession.
Dr. Zeitlin said he did gum recession surgeries on the regular and would be able to do mine. He suggested donor tissue for the entire bottom arch and it was going to be a major surgery. I went for a second opinion and was glad that I did. I ended up at a periodontist’s office where the entire procedure was only for the front quadrant and the recovery has been swift.

Made appointment went as scheduled on Thursday, fill their docs on their computer in the office, read all and submitted, after the consultation the receptionist provided an estimate of $6600.00 for fixing 3 tooth, signed hard copy, they also had me sign on the signature pad, No other document was provided.
Called around and found cheaper office, called their office on Monday to cancel no one answered, called again on Tuesday no answer left message to cancelled the appointment, also did that on the text that they had sent for confirmation, Dr. Zeitlin called

I had cracked my tooth this last weekend. I thought I had broken a piece of a filling off. It was sensitive since it happened. I had gone out to lunch today and after I got back to work I started getting pain. I talked to Kristine at AFC about my pain and she got me in on an emergency. Dr. Zeitlin is so friendly and I appreciated the concern. The staff worked so fast for me. I felt comforted and taken care of. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me.

One of the best dental offices I have been to. Staff is friendly, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Zeitlin does a fantastic oral exam. Not just a quick look in the mouth, as so many other dentists I've seen have done. He carefully explains his findings and options of treatment. Highly recommend!

We went here for about two years. Dr Zeitlin is good, we never had any bad experiences with the care we received. However during that two years the office asked us to reschedule our appointments on multiple occasions. The final straw was the last time when they called a few days before to reschedule, and then the morning of the new appointment they canceled. Then called back an hour later to ask if we could come in at the regular appointment time. I understand that sometimes unavoidable things happen, but it happened enough times that I felt like our appointments were only honored at the office

Dr. Zeitlin had the right combination of humor and skill. After going to two dentists before him, who were really bad, it was refreshing to find someone who was honest and thorough. He located the source of my pain pretty quickly, and was extremely detailed in the referral he wrote to the endodontist. I was very pleased with him!

Great first time experience. Only $50 copay for initial comprehensive exam. Dentist thoroughly checked my bite, gums, and surface of my teeth. They did very quick x-rays which we all appreciate! I feel like dentist Randy knows exactly how to address any issue in the best possible way. They gave me a rundown on my next visit so I know what to expect to pay out of pocket. I really appreciate the straight forward and relaxed atmosphere.

I can't believe I'm giving a 5 star review for Arvada Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I usually save such things for restaurants and food. But the fact is that these guys are the most amazing dental care providers I've ever come across. They deserve 6. Long story short, they seen me when my dentist couldn't do anything. They were beyond considerate. They talked my wife through everything they were doing and really put her at ease. Both the doctor and the receptionist took time to chat with her. I had a denture that had been provided by another doctor that needed repair. Doctor Zeitlin was thorough assessing the damage and very meticulous in explaining the details of what he recommended for the repair.. He presented me with a detailed quote for the necessary work. There was no pressure to rush into the project. After due consideration, I… elected to follow his suggestions.
The work was scheduled, executed and the repaired denture fitted in a timely fashion. In my opinion, the denture is better than when new.

Dr. Zeitlin was recommended by my oral surgeon & another one which I got a 2nd opinion from. I was referred for a cleaning on my implants and permanent prosthesis. I was very impressed with the way the dentist himself, met me in the lobby to welcome me, ask if there’s anything they can do to make me comfortable and with the amount of concern he had… for my overall health after reviewing my health & medications list. The first appointment was to go over what needs to be done however, I will be going back for my cleaning. Everyone in the office was very warm and welcoming!!

I am new to the area and luckily was running a 1-2 marathon that the dental practice was giving out cards at. Made an appointment for my daughter and I. Dr Zietlin got me in on short notice for a comprehensive exam and x rays. He did the most thorough exam I have ever had . He explained my treatment options in detail and did not pressure me in to making treatment decisions at my first appointment. He and his staff were warm and friendly, I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for an experienced dentist in a state of the art facility.

I had a wonderful experience here, I had a cleaning done at another place and they wanted to replace all my fillings because they don't like silver so I came here for a second opinion and everyone in the office… was very helpful and understanding Dr Zeitlen explained that I only had one tooth that was cracked and needs a crown, also Dr Kim is a amazing hygienists and got all the glue off from my braces that i had 10yrs ago! My teeth look amazing and explained everything soo thorough I feel very comfortable to get all my work done there!

Nine times out of ten, the dentist, is the last dr. anyone wants to see and I would wager that he knows that. He and the staff very empathetic to the dental anixities I have. Everyone is friendly and catering to help quell the worry.
He helps me to be well informed of my options and costs so that I can participate in the choices for my care too.
Fresh baked cookie after the appointment are a sweet bonus YUM!!!!

Dr. Zeitlin is the best dentist I've ever had. In my opinion, he's the best dentist in the Denver area. He and his team are like family to us. Not only are they not satisfied until you are happy, but Dr. Zeitlin makes a point to call us after any procedure to check and make sure everything is going well. I have mixed feelings about this place.......
The service they provide is excellent, however the way they do billing/payment is an absolute nightmare.
I have Delta Dental through my work and from what I was told, the plan I'm on has a pretty straight forward co-pay fee schedule. But Dr. Zeitlin's office charges me this weird amount up front, then bills the insurance for the work, then whenever they get paid by the insurance, they give me my money back in the form of credit on my account. I got enough problems to deal with at the dentist that I really don't want to play accountant

I just had my initial visit with Dr. Zeitlin and staff and could not be happier. I have a fear of dental offices and procedures so their warm, welcoming and professional approach was reassuring. They perform a thorough exam and then show you detailed photos of your teeth, identify problem areas and then discuss treatment options and possibilities. A crown with possible root canal, three filings and a hygienist cleaning is the immediate treatment plan. All very necessary and extremely well explained. They were great about scheduling out the work this month so as to maximize my insurance benefits

Upon arriving to the office as a new patient, my husband was told he was not able to have his cleaning and exam on the same day. We've never heard of this, and he was very upset to have to take another day off work to have his cleaning done.
On top of that, he was asked several times at that visit to make a referral for Dr. Zeitlin. My husband was really annoyed by the hassling for referrals when he was unhappy with the service in the first place. I can understand asking for referrals from long time clients, but asking a first time client who is not happy

I used them for a few years. They do good work. He is into sales. He will try to upsell you. So as long as you don't mind trying to be sold something everytime you go, youll like the practice. I will no longer be using him because he no longer will accept my insurance company (it's a discount). He is only accepting full payment customers.
