Critical: Professionalism
Why would Neil Fessette be opposed to the Rental Registry which is only $25\unit every 3 years unless the owners you represent are dirt-bags with no ethics? Makes me think twice before sending any homebuyers your way. Also show some humility in the community and stop trying to brownnose in the public spotlight!

We had the opportunity to work with Alice Recore for the purchase of our home. She is extremely professional and did a great job. She went above a of beyond for us. Avoid dealing with these people at all costs. They had a listing for rent/purchase on their web page and when we called about it they couldn't find it in their system. We had to wait for them to call us back because they are clearly too unorganized. After they found what listing it was we called them several times over the course of 3-4 weeks. They said someone else was interested but they couldn't get the check to them until half way through the following month. We told them if we viewed it and liked it we would have the check for first months rent and whatever security deposit they wanted in
