We recently bought a home in which the seller had hired Gerken as her realtor. We knew the seller and went through her to look at the property. When we went to the closing, we found out that Gerken charged us a transaction fee of $195.00. When we asked what this was for, we were told it was the fee for services provided to us for retaining them. We were astounded! We quickly told them we had not retained them, nor had they provided any services for us. It was the seller they provided services for. But we were not refunded this "transaction fee." We will not recommend this realty agency to anyone

Jeff Gerken and his team (Tiffnie, Rachel & Kay) did a great job listing and selling our property. We had some challenges arise during the sale process but the team stayed on top of all issues. I have found, over the years, that the Realtors at Gerken & Associates are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people in the business. I have worked with several of the associates and always found them to be a pleasure to work with, them and their clients.
