Swedish massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that relaxes soft body tissue and facilitates healing. It is lighter in touch than other forms of massage and includes long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on more superficial layers of the muscles. It can loosen stiff joints, reduce muscle tension, and help clear nasal or chest congestion.
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. This massage physically breaks down adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
This is a soothing gentle massage to help sore aching muscles and to help mother to be and child to find comfort and ease in this process. Mother to be must wait until after first trimester to receive any type services of this nature to insure no health risk to either mother to be or child. The staff are all knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Every experience is carefully designed for your personal taste. They make sure you are comfortable during massages or baths and your personal privacy is taken into consideration. Walk in stressed, anxious, worried/walk out tranquil, calm and relaxed.

Nice facility, good menu of services, but the day I was there I experienced a number of negative staff members that openly complained about their day, their job and their customers in front of other customers in the lobby. I understand that everyone has bad days, but complaining loudly in front of clients in a therapeutic setting is not acceptable. The staffs’ behavior made the experience less relaxing than I would expect from a spa experience. My therapist even complained about me, not knowing my girlfriend was in the lobby as she did. I had an amazing experience at All Natural Day Spa in Willow Glen. The website is very user friendly and purchasing a gift certificate for my mom was very efficient. I also bought myself a massage on their website and had a great experience. The mood of the spa is very relaxing and they will certainly pamper you, making you forget all of your stress. It is also conveniently located in Willow Glen, so the drive home wasn't bad at all. The relaxed state of mind lasted for a few days! Thank you All Natural Day Spa!

A true hidden gem in Willow Glen. Received a gift card for a special occasion and didn't know what to expect. The location is very convenient and clean. The reception area is very warm and inviting which is a plus. When it came for my treatment everything was great. The therapist asked introduction questions and proceeded with the massage. I came out feeling better than ever, definitely coming back soon! Thanks again!

I have been a client for many years. There is a particular Masseuse I request when I schedule my massages and I am never disappointed. All Natural Day Spa is located in Willow Glen which is very quite and nice area. I recommended this spa to everyone I know. I have also convinced my husband to give them a try and he loves it. I have been going to All Natural Day Spa for years, even before the name change. This spa is an excellent value. The facility is very clean. The owner is very outgoing and personal. The staff caters to your every need and keep you comfortable. Going there feels just like home. I always get the Swedish massage. I always walk away very happy that I went they.
