Dr. Vito Pagano is a lifelong resident of the Hopewell area. After graduating from Hopewell Valley Central High School, Dr. Pagano received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biology from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey). Dr. Pagano then went on to attend Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta, Georgia where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Pagano opened Pagano Chiropractic Center in 1998. The clinic serves local families by educating them about the necessity of having a Chiropractor on their health care team; a professional to maintain their spine for maximum nerve integrity & optimum health potential. Our office serves everyone from newborns to seniors.

Dr Pagano changed my life! Before I came to his office, I was in pain every day and wasn’t able to walk five blocks for the last 4 1/2 years due to a horrible accident. I now walk 2 to 3 miles a day. After being a runner before the accident, he truly brought me back to my happy place!
His staff is very friendly and he will always make you laugh with his great sense of humor! I will never stop going to Doc no matter where I move or how old I am. He’s the best!
