Ellen was a yearbook photographer at Central High School in Brooksville FL. "Taking photos of the football team, " Ellen remembered, "Those made me feel like a "real" professional". Annie Leibovitz is Ellen's favorite. Ellen described her mentor this way, "She has a really amazing way of capturing people and using lighting to make her photos unique."
Ellen has been inspired by her friends and my family. As she spoke about that inspiration Ellen was quick to mention, "They pushed me to follow my dreams and helped me to put my photography out there." Ellen did start her "career" in High School on the Yearbook Staff as photographer her senior year.
