I have always been fascinated with human body mechanics, especially during my 8 years of dance. It made me think that there must be more to gaining balance than to just practice. After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), my desire took me to increase my skill sets by diving deep into the teachings of Yoga.
Once scheduled and confirmed, your massage therapist or yoga instructor will show up at your door 10 minutes prior to scheduled time for consultation and to set up. All you need to do is be at home hydrated and ready to be pampered. A: For one massage table, a good 6x9 ft. of floor space is a nice minimum.

Dana is a phenomenal professional who seems to effortlessly and intuitively combine a variety of techniques to deliver EXACTLY what your body needs!

Went for my first massage last week and it was one of the best experiences. From start to finish, Dana was very thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable and worked well with all my requests. By the end of the hour I was hoping for another hour! After the massage she helped me understand why I was having problems and even offered stretches to help relieve at work. Very relaxing and rewarding - highly recommend Dana and Green Therapeutics.
