S.B. Thompson Construction is a full-service general contractor and construction management company. We focus on single to four story commercial buildings in the state of Texas. With the intense heat in Texas we know that energy efficiency is important to reduce long-term cost.

S.B. Thompson Construction has been building custom homes since 1974 and have a varied homes portfolio from remodels to luxury. We have built state of the art homes for those that require it due to a disability or handicap; these experiences have been extremely rewarding and exciting. We work with client's architect and/or designer, and we offer design build to ensure that the client gets a custom home to their specifications and needs.

We understand that whether you are closing the store or remodeling portions of the store at a given time, your store needs to be open as soon as possible. This is why we are flexible to work within client needs to minimize store impact.
Just under two years ago, S.B. Thompson Construction completed the construction on Tri-Tech's new office building in San Marcos, Texas. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the services you provided throughout the process. This particular project was unique and held its fair share of obstacles.
