My Capitis realtors are John and Charissa Kershaw. They've represented me on the puchase of 2 homes and sale of 1 home. They are wonderful people to work with, they always make it as easy as they can for me and go out of their way to make transition as stress free as possible. My present home has 20 days left of escrow and the Kershaws arrranged a rent-back agreement with buyers for me in case I can't get into my new home in time. Really good people, I highly recommend them.

Funny that the only other review for this company is from the employee this complaint is about. Not a good sign.
I'd be very careful before working with Mark Gavigan at Capitis Real Estate especially if across the table from him. I was purchasing a home which he was the listing agent on. He did not do his due diligence and run the numbers with the seller on what was owned (listing agent 101). Escrow discovered that he was selling the house for 10k less than the total owned by the seller. Extremely stressful for us to find out we couldn't close. I can't imagine how the seller felt. Mark accepted

I recently purchased a house with realtor Michael Perossier at Capitis and the process was perfect. He contacted me immediately regarding my inquiry, and was completely accommodating with my weekends only schedule. He was super responsive throughout the entire process and I'd certainly use him again.
