My experience was ok. I would gave them 3.5 stars.
For the overall service I received 1/3 of the settlement award money as their fees was not justified, in my opinion. On top of that 1/3, they charge “other fees”; which can add up to $1,000+. To be clear they charge 1/3 of the settlement award plus other fees.
1. I would suggest to negotiate their fees before you sign their papers and make sure they don’t charge you any other fees at the end. Mr. Vargas and his team are very quick to respond at the beginning. They will send someone from their office right away if they accept your case.

This law office should carry the motto of, "Slow As Molasses." I hired this firm for a routine traffic accident almost 3 years ago, where I was rear ended. From the beginning, I was treated like a criminal by this lawyer, like I was the one who caused the accident. Attorney Vargas is passive towards the other side in getting you the most, but aggressive towards making his clients wait forever for the settlement. I already signed my settlement disbursement paperwork about 3 weeks ago, and have heard nothing on the exact date my check will be ready. Don't hire them, they always have

Only thing I would've asked if Fernando Vargas could actually communicate with his clients a little more, other than the Initial call and when the case has reached a settlement call. I was in a car accident in January 2019 that I was at no-fault in. I decided to call the law offices of Fernando Vargas. They took my case and fast forward to yesterday they dropped my case. It took them 1 year and 9 months to notify me that my case was dropped. In that 1 year and 9 months I had to reach out to them for updates. Until I ultimately gave up hope on this law office. Very disappointed.

My last lawyer Grossman made me feel like it was my fault and that I was a bother to him when I can't work any longer.. I'm still fighting my case.. depressed and disabled..
I've had Vargas law firm for three days.. I have gotten calls every day. When I have the smallest of questions the office staff gets MR Vargas on the phone.
I've gone from depressed and alone to having a legal team that's on my side..

Very disappointed by this firm. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to contact their office after I was recently in a car accident. I contacted the office, spoke to a woman who took down my information and a brief statement of my claim. She stated the attorney was in court and would be contacting me as soon as he had a moment.
