It happens when one partner tries to maintain control of the other through use of physical force, intimidation, or threats. Casey has been amazing, through a not so easy divorce and child custody case. She is always attentive to my needs and I always feel confident when we have a hearing. I know she is doing her best to make sure I achieve the outcome that is best for my family. Whatever Casey is working on I know she will give it her best. If you need a lawyer Casey is hands down exactly who you need.

I say this with the utmost sincerity with concern to whatever legal aid you may require. Ours involved a safety and custody issue that had a most disappointing conclusion. After 2 years of wanting to forget the overall bad experience we had with this firm, namely Mr. Peterson, we recieved a bill asking for immediate payment. We had paid it already and sent the receipt back to them as proof, during an already trying move cross country. It came not coincidentally after we asked for a copy of our files. So for those of you in need, concerned for yourself or your family, I urge you not to let a desperate

They would get no stars if I could do it. The B.S. all started with my first court date. She sent me the information and I showed up (putting off my new job start date to be there) only to find that it was cancelled for some reason and I was never told. I started with Cassie but after that incident I got handed off to Jeffrey who in short told me that I'm a bad mom because I wanted to move out of state WITH my kids and he knew I was going to lose the move away order. He gave me no choice but to settle for the "visitation" so that I would be able to get my kids when they weren't in school. He told

Absolute horrible experience. Ended up doing a lot of their work for them and correcting many of the forms their office prepared... Did not get a sense they cared and often was left without being updated when things took place. To make it worse, decisions were made without my input or concurrence. Do not recommend and if you are military, do not fall for the "We care about military" bs. They clearly do not and you are just a dollar sign.

Casey Martin was my recent attorney in a Family Law case for my son. Casey helped me WIN my case and during the process, she explained what was happening every step of the way and what our game plan was. You are in very good hands with Casey! Honestly, I really don't know if we would have won this case without her. You will not regret working with Casey as your attorney :-)

Casey and her team are amazing. They deliver results and their dedication to their clients is superb! I don’t know what I would have done without her.
Casey is professional, and caring. She ensured that her assistant followed up with me quickly and always kept me in the loop regarding my case. Casey truly cares about her clients and even went so far as to call me in the late evening to check on me. I highly recommend the Martin Law Firm to anyone in need

If you are looking for someone compassionate, with high moral standards, and tenacious to handle your divorce or child custody, this is THE law firm you want. Casey Martin and her staff have helped me every step of dealing with a contentious divorce, and fought for the best outcome for my children. They have always been reasonable, punctual, and take concerns seriously. The staff is great about communicating and keeping up on filings, etc and i never had to wait for a call back. Family law cases can be so emotionally-charged and frustrating but having an attorney who is the best in her field helped

I can't express how thankful I am for Casey & Jeffery. They made my whole custody case very smooth for me. As a young single mother, I knew getting a lawyer wasn't going to be cheap, but I did know this was an investment that meant so much to me & my daughter. I can not do it by myself nor did I know NOTHING about law. They were so patient with me, answered every email, text & call promptly. I was always dropping in at the office for random little questions and they were their to serve me. If you're going through a custody battle, child support or anything in family law

I'm beyond grateful for the encouraging words Casey gave me when I first had my consultation! She spoke to me like a friend. Not a lawyer looking for her next client.
A few months later I hired her as my family law attorney. The best thing for my son and I!
She worked with me on my retention fee and monthly payments. Where other attorneys would nickel and dime you Casey understood the importance of not just her business but being a good person.
My attorney within Martin Law was Jeffrey Peterson and he understood me every step of they way. He listened with the intention of hearing not
