The quality of my son's annual school photo is great! I am pleased with his photos! I am also impressed with the great customer service Kalli provided!
Kalli corrected my address, and resent my son's photos to our new mailing address!
Although it is my fault for them having our previous address, Kalli apologized for his photos being sent to our previous mailing address, and resent them without charging us another shipping fee!

My child goes to a special needs school and Bell has always done their pictures. This year however her eyes are half open. Seriously. I’d understand if it was back in the day when you didn’t see proofs right away but I know the photographer must have seen that. She was going to get retakes today but naturally she’s sick and has to stay home. So irritated. Tell your photographers to at least make sure the kids eyes aren’t in a mid-blink. Thanks

This company obviously cannot handle operations or quality assurance correctly. received someone else's photo package with my child's name on it (someone else's pictures) then my daughter received a proof from school after that with her name missing letters and completely misspelled, they didn't try at all to spell it even close to what her name is. when i called the customer service line, I was given excuses that my daughters barcode card on picture day must've gotten switched with the other students and beyond that it was system errors. sounds like poor management of the situation and lack of

My son got pictures through his school with this company I got my older sons pictures but not my youngest son pictures. So I emailed them and they said I didn't pay which I did they cashed both checks. Then they said they thought I wanted retakes which I didn't so they said they would send them out and would be here the next week which never came and then they kept telling me this for the last 4 weeks. I am sick and disgusted how un professional this company is. They do not care about there customers. I feel like I am Never going to get my pictures and I have no idea what I am going to do .. I

I am sadly very disappointed with Bell Photography. I ordered their “fanciest” package and it didn’t show up to the school. And they got my Children’s fathers order wrong as well.
When I called the customer service they weren’t incredibly helpful to say the least.
I asked for a discount for the inconvenience as I had already waited nearly 5 weeks for my pictures to arrive. They offered me a free 8”x 10”… and was told that it would be another 2-3 weeks for delivery of my package and free “gift.” When I asked about quicker shipping, they didn’t have any options??…

Each time I buy school pictures I can't help but think, there has got to be a better photography company out there.. I can't even see half the kids faces in my son's class photo because of the excessive lighting. On top of that, every kid with glasses is unrecognizable because of the glare. Just not sure why they wouldn't try to remedy that. But year after year, it's the same thing. On the plus side, the prints are great quality and I would absolutely love them if the lighting weren't so bad. And the fact they charge me extra for touch ups is ridiculous. My child’s school picture was god awful to say the least.
It’s bad quality, not clear, my child isn’t even looking at the camera, head positioned weird, my child is looking straight down.
When taking a picture when a child isn’t ready, you’d think they’d do a retake?!
This is such a joke and I’m not sure whether to laugh at the ridiculous picture, or cry at the wasted money. Thanks for wasting a single parents’ money.

Taylor from Bell Photography, I wish everyone who works in customer service would be as courteous, friendly, and just happy as Taylor was when I called about my sons pictures. The prices are inconsistent from one week to the next. I bought some one week. The next week it was more money for the same thing. At the same photo shoot there were some parents that paid one price and some parents that paid another. The employees were unhelpful and annoyed when asked a question. When I got my pics back it was not a good photo like they didn't try to get a good one or even retake a bad one.
