Was a loyal customer for over 10 years. I was dealing with an agent in Flat Rock that i didn't care for when our agent retired and he took over our insurance needs. After several years with him, we switched to someone local where we live now.

EW Smith is the best insurance company I have ever been with. They are kind, VERY helpful, and always take great care of me. Susie in billing is absolutely delightful, and their agents work well to figure out the best plan for your needs and budget. I have also saved an incredible amount of money with them since switching over from Progressive. I highly recommend everyone I know to them (especially younger women), and truly think they're a wonderful company.

I use to have AAA and had problem after problem, could never get in contact with my agent. I can not believe how great the service is with EW Smith! Seriously! Matt is always on it and gets back to me asap. We just bought our first house and needed home insurance. Matt made this totally painless and it helped us out being first time home owners. I had to get a new used car the other day and move insurance over. Matt was on it, it took minutes and it was done! Thank you E.W. Smith & Matt Perry!
