Left our home unlocked and used our personal items, among many other egregious interactions with their team. Never offered a genuine apology, instead attempting to shift blame and aggressively counter legitimate concerns. Little interest in making residents feel safe in their homes for a real estate brokerage.

After purchasing a Bozeman condo very quickly back in 2015 through Dianne Click, and experiencing little-to-no issues; I felt Dianne Click was a sound choice when looking for a confident "Broker" to secure a Forever Home for my parents.
SPOILER ALERT: I was painfully incorrect.
I cannot recall the last time I've heard so many excuses from any human being in my entire life.
Dianne Click has set a new bar.
It was incredibly shameful.
My father, with one lung and other medical conditions, moved into a home filled with construction debris and no concern from Dianne Click.

Well, what a GREAT experience I had with Dan Porter from this Bozeman Broker Group. Me and my wife and all three of my girls drove from California to look at properties up in the great and still free state of Montana.
We stayed in Butte, and Dan drove all the way over to meet us at the hotel in the morning, which was a two hour drive for him. That was just the beginning though! Even though all we were going to see was four properties, Montana is a BIG state!
