Kay needs to find a new profession. Not only did we have to pay for another appraisal, she almost ruined our chances because of her comments about our property. We had 3 appraisals done, hers was in the middle. She was 90,000.00 lower than the others. Not 10,000.00 Not 20,000.00 but 90,000.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If she is your first appraiser, since we don't have a choice who gets picked, get a second opinion. It will be worth it.
