I was pleased at the start,but told him I would Not do E mailing and internet onvery 1 St conversation ,he set me up
with a insurance company that, only does internet,they took my $ real fast but then deny my policy due to the fact they still want E sign. I have not received any refund as of yet I text help and phone calls to state auto,and Rick wanted to come to my home to try and figure it out on my phone! What !!!!????

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My husband and I are looking to insure some vintage campers. While Rick did not have a carrier he works with who could help us out, he put the work in and gave us a great referral in an extremely timely manner. I wish more agents were this timely and courteous.
