She completed 720 hours of extensive massage therapy education. This includes Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and Pathology. Along with completing an internship of 100 hours of hands-on massage. Monica has her Arizona License, National Certification (NCTMB) and Medical Massage Certification.
She specializes in Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptor Nerve Facilitation (PNF), Repetitive Injury, Orthopedic, TMJ Certified, Hot Stone, Pregnancy and Swedish massage.She continues to take classes to further her education in the Massage field.
