Dr. Baldwin is a hometown native gal of Killeen and the daughter of a retired military veteran. She graduated from Ellison High School and The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated from Boston University Dental School and completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. She provides the most up-to-date care and always strives to make each visit a comfortable, pain-free, and worry-free experience.

I chose to go to this dental office due to my usual one not having a cleaning appt available for another 2 months. I googled offices, and this one was rated very high. I called, and got a next day appt. Awesome! The lady I spoke with (Desiree) was very friendly on the phone. I go to my appt, and the lady checking me in (did not get her name) was just as friendly. Their office is not in a great area, but I have learned not to judge a book by its cover in this area. It was very nice and clean inside. So far so good! My hygienist was Sandra, and she was great! Very knowledgeable and had a gentle touch

I went to Cen-Tex Dental because I received a flyer in the mail. The flyer included a coupon for "Free Whitening" with an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning. At the end of my visit, I was not provided the Free Whitening! I did Not have any cavities. She said I had some small recession on one of my teeth, so I could not get the whitening until I allowed her to fix it. She gave me a written treatment plan for $100 for her to put a dab of composite on that tooth. No where on the flyer does it state that the Whitening treatment is pending on any work that she wants to do. I was also told
