My husband and I met with DeBrosia Griffin at our home to go over key selling points and other pertinent topics prior to listing. She was always available to answer our questions and very knowledgeable regarding current market performance, including accurate data on area comps and average time they stayed on the market. When my wife and I decided to buy our next home, we knew we needed realtor. We hired DeBrosia Griffin, and honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she very knowledgeable in the buying process for new construction, she was likewise very knowledgeable in answering pretty much any of our questions (and we had plenty!) and always made herself available. She showed up onsite intermittently through out the process and had a keen eye to point out any discrepancies and bring it to the attention of the builder on our behalf, which even their representatives spoke very highly
