I have sold 6 homes in my adult life and am familiar with working with realtors and Christy Reece is by far one of the best I have partnered with. I had my home in Epworth listed with another agency in Blue Ridge for 6 months with less than 10 showings the whole time. I had very little communication with the actual agent and most times didn't really know what was going on with the marketing and sale of my home. We recently bought cabin in Blue Ridge GA and we were very unfamiliar with the area and did not live in the area. Christy was very helpful and went made what would have been a very difficult search and purchase a very easy one. She even connected us with a loan agent that was very helpful as well and they were both very friendly and pleasant to work with!

I highly recommend Christy. She went way above and beyond. The sellers realtor was out of the country when we had a bunch of inspection issues to resolve. Christy handled it all including working with the county on permits etc. I would have walked away from this property without all of Christy’s ideas and effort. I love it now.
