Every massage begins with a consultation. Explain your concerns, painful areas, and goals to your massage therapist so they may help you the best way they can. If at any time you feel that the massage is too light, too deep, not focusing on the right areas, etc. please SPEAK UP! The massage therapist wants to help you feel better so if they are not doing what you asked, please tell them so they can better assist you.
Our wide variety of massages are available in 1 hour, 90 minute, and 2 hour time blocks. Whether you're looking for stress relief, pain reduction, or simply improving your overall health, our massage therapists will help you reach all of your wellness goals. Couples room available for an additional charge.
Let your inner beauty glow with our licensed and highly skilled skin care professionals. Our treatment begins with an in-depth analysis and discussion to determine your appropriate treatment plan. Recommendations are made to achieve your desired results and each treatment plan is customized to your individual needs.
Please make sure body hair is between 1/4" and 1/2" long to ensure proper hair removal. Please let your esthetician know of any changes to your medical history before receiving services. If you are using any Retin-A, Retinol, Alpha Hydroxy Acids, or intensive exfoliating products, please discontinue use at least one week prior to receive facial waxing services.
The Body Wrap is a method of taking off inches and tightening skin in just one hour. It involves wrapping the body with elastic wraps which have been soaked in a special solution. The body wrap is applied tightly to areas needing inch loss, and lightly to areas where only skin-tightening is desired.

Shay Lynn (sp?) was my massage therapist today. I went in for a 90 minute medium therapeutic massage. We had a consultation so she could cater to my areas of concern. During my massage I decided to add on another service and she did so with out a pause! I was relaxed and the pressure was perfect! She will be my regular therapist for now on since mine have all left. Love this place as it is close to my house, convenient hours, and affordable!

We are loyal patrons of massage envy but since they have suspended their couples massages we decided to try out this essentials. Big mistake. I came to this spa with my wife three weeks ago since they offer couples massages. When I booked my appointment I called THREE TIMES to confirm my appointment details. When we arrived we waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and then they told us our massage therapist, Elle, was having “car problems”
And they did not offer us a complimentary massage. They just sent us home.
Will never go back here. Do not recommend

If you can, schedule an appointment with Theo (just don't take mine -lol), he is an ordinary man doing an extraordinary job at being in tune with the client, their needs and very knowledgeable. I had a massage today and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I ask for a deep massage and I still left there with discomfort and not any relief. The massage therapist’s massage technique was very unprofessional. I’m so mad I wasted money today going there. I ended up going to a chiropractor afterwards for my back and what a relief!! I should have went to the chiropractor instead! Lesson learn. Don’t waste your time and money. Where do they find these therapist from?!! Did they really go to valid massage school? So disappointing.

I just got a massage from Danielle. She did a great job on relieving my back pain. Several therapists in the past would shorten the duration of the massage or not apply the deep pressure that I booked for. I did not have to worry about any of that with Danielle. The affordable price and my effective therapist gave this place a deserving 5 star. I'm very happy with my experience and will book here again.

I’ve been a customer with essential spa for a few years now but after my latest experience I likely will not be returning. The best advice I can offer to the owner, would be to encourage continual technique education for their masseuses. In my most recent visit with my wife we booked a couples massage. We waited well past the expected start time. We were greeted and lead back to what appeared to be a room that was set up for couples but seemed barely used. The sheets on my table were stained which was still visible in the low light. We were both asked what type of massage and we both told them

1st advice to the owners, update your address. I didn't go to wrong location luckily but most people I'm sure do. Also need better signage then a little board outside the front door.
