Mike Acuri is a slickster for keeping my $1700 rent deposit for a $1300 apartment! Mike’s excuse was I left items in the fridge and nail holes in the wall where my TVs were mounted where TVs are allowed to be mounted! I had to call, email and text Mike for two months for him to tell me this.Also, apartment #5 (I’m sure others) is a dump! Every… time a neighbor flushes the toilets you hear loud water gushing inside of the apartment walls followed by a LOUD KABOOM all day and night! Apartment #5 is located near the dumpster so the apartment reeks of trash! The walls are so thin

Mike Acuri (one of the owners of Syracuse realty) refused to refund my deposit after making an agreement to do so. Mind you, Mike did not return my calls, emails, texts for two months after I moved out. Mike finally replied nastily through text (cursing and extremely unprofessional) following numerous calls and emails I made to the main office! Mike’s excuses were bc the fridge had a few items left in it and maintenance had to patch nail holes where my TVs were mounted, he would keep my $1700’s, all after assuming me that tenets are allowed to mount TVs when I first moved in!
