We were looking for a house for almost 5 years. Been working with different agents but no one could understand our needs and perspectives. We finally bought a house last year. Supplement to my initial review, since I just looked at Mark's response to my review. He is not being truthful. All I am saying is I think he is unprofessional, and be careful if you work with him.

My husband and I were very excited to see a open house in Willow Glen we were more than qualified to buy. On two different occasions he didn't show up to his OWN open house listing, which was extremely dissapointing. Furthermore, he lied about receiving an offer for this house at asking price when said offer was almost $200k LESS than asking price. Horribly unprofessional. What a shame that such an amazing house is represented so awfully.

Could not be happier with the help we got from Mark and Stacy! Mark was our realtor in 1999 when we bought our house in Sunnyvale. He was great then, so we used him to sell that house 11 years later.
