Berks Counseling Center is a PA Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) providing high quality, comprehensive, coordinated care utilizing evidence-based practices. BCC accepts referrals and admissions for services without regard to race, sex, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), ancestry, religious creed, disability, or age.
Each patient is served by a multidisciplinary care team that focuses on treatment of the whole person. This includes addressing the social determinants of health and physical health and wellness as well as behavioral health needs. Services are available at our main clinic location, at satellite locations, in home, in community and virtually.

Services
When making a referral, it is greatly appreciated if you are able to provide BCC with the information below. If patient is currently receiving inpatient services, please also provide discharge paperwork OR most recent psych evaluation by faxing to our confidential number at 610.373.3779. Thank you for trusting us to work with your patients in continuing their progress on the road to recovery.
Following evaluation, each client receives an integrated, recovery focused treatment plan based uniquely on their specific needs. All clients are supported by a team of caring professionals including counselors, psychiatrists, medical professionals, health coaches and peers. When you come to BCC you will receive a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Bcc is cool for the most part. Michelle the peer support lady is the best. She saved my life so much with her words of wisdom and dbt skills helping me to understand the philosophy of my own actions and how to train my mind to understand how to better my behavior for stability and happiness. She has so much tools she taught me to help me with my anxiety and we even went to cvs to buy tools to help with my anxiety . I been agoraphobic most of the time for years and she helped me now that I made friends and am even going in public. She’s a miracle worker I swear. And then Lisa the case worker for

Terrible. I was good for 2 years, then slipped up. The first thing they do is take my meds away!! Mind you, it tootookk years to get them correct. Called the director and left a message and never received a call back. Today I am being discharged? Crazy...it's like they just don't want to deal with it. But I thought that was what they are here for?

I only go to pick up my brothers scripts from the pharmacy but kathy and the new pharmacist (forget his name) are two patient,kind, and very understanding. They care and it is shown in their actions and kind non judgemental listening ears...If i had prescription I wound defenitly use them as my go to pharmacy.
