SWEDISH- This massage modality provides soothing strokes to promote relaxation, increase circulation, and rejuvenates all systems of the mind/body. DEEP PRESSURE/SPORTS- Deeper strokes are used to release underlying contracted muscles. The therapist will incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other modalities.
Cannot say enough good things about SB Mobile Massage & Spa. I'm from LA and threw a bachelorette party for a friend up in Santa Barbara, and wanted to have a massage therapist come to the house we rented. I reached out to Mary Jeanne with SB Mobile, and she could not have been more helpful! She was very responsive via phone and email, and provided additional service options not listed on the website.
