I've only had my JCI website for a few months, but it has already helped me close a few large ticket sales. Which is exactly what Jared (the owner) promised. Just the other day I had a customer who was on the fence tell me that he decided to go with my proposal because after seeing my website, he knew I was in it for the long haul!! I highly recommend JCI. These guys pushed the boundaries of the Squarespace platform and beyond with custom development for F3cycling 2.0. Our original site was a good starter site for a start up. We out grew it in a year and needed a more robust e-commerce site with an efficient user experience, and without compromising the emotional experience that's needed in our product category. Kudos to the team for making it happen.

Great experience from start to finish. I hear the best compliments on our website that jci created, but the best one so far has to be "I wasn't sure that you would be able to deliver on your promises because businesses go out of business all the time, but after seeing your amazing website, I knew you were in it for the long haul." Hearing that felt even better than the large sale that our jci website helped us close!! I recommend jci to anyone looking to have a real website that closes sales. 4 stars is my five stars, this company met my expectations, were a pleasure to work with, and professional in their presentation and execution of our website project. JCI was willing to provide great design insight while still accommodating my vision for our new site. JCI put together our landing page for one of our non-profit events and we love it so much! They did everything with excellence and love for detail. Funny enough, it inspired us to update our main page too.
Additionally they designed our main logo, which so perfectly communicates who we are.

JCI redid our company's website and it is sleek and informative. Tonya did a great job trying to understand what multiple people wanted in a single website. It is easy to edit and looks great. We did not purchase SEO optimization or any other marketing tools due to the nature of our business. We were happy with the end result.

In my experience JCI was mostly marketing and not enough substance. Jared spent a lot of time marketing himself and his teams capabilities in that southern drawl of his, but when it came time to deliver it was "nickel and dime" time all the way through design. The only bright spot was Tonya. Beware of the ---1 (star) costs $3K-$5K 2 $5K-$7K 3 $7500 and up --- sales pitch as it is only a ploy to get your budget pegged and drive the needs for your site up on you.
