I had a dentist appointment on December 20th and I am very pleased with their services. I am new to Frederick so i took a chance on this office. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and checked me in quickly. The dental hygienist came out to get me on time and was very professional. Dr. Smith came in and examined my teeth and explained the issues she found and provided guidance on how I can care for my teeth better. She then proceeded to clean my teeth. This is the first time in my life that I can remember that the actual dentist cleaned my teeth. I'm definitely

I am not satisfied with my dental appoinment at My Frederick Dentist that I went to on 11/18/21. I was taken in to the dental room where the procedures are done, but I waited in the room for a long time for the dentist. I am not sure if there was only one dentist on duty that day. Then I received an exam and cleaning, but the cleaning seemed fast and rushed. The dentist at my Frederick Dentist seemed rushed all the other rooms had patients waiting. Tuesday was my fourth visit to this office, as I am fairly new to Frederick. Let me just start off by saying that I don't entirely trust dentists. In my experience, treatment plans and recommendations are highly variable across the field. However, I do love my teeth, so I go to have them cleaned and checked. The first time I visited the office the hygienist was unexpectantly absent, so the dentist cleaned my teeth and inspected them at the same time. Other than some water down my face into my shirt, he did a pretty good job. He gave me a thumbs up and sent me on my way with a few minor reminders

I am a current patient of MFD. From a patient care perspective, I’m happy with my care which is why I ultimately give four stars. My dentist has been timely, informed, friendly, competent and kind. My main gripe has to do with the paranoia around billing and payment. Each time I’ve come to the office, I’ve been asked to pay in advance for my treatment — as in before my treatment has occurred, been performed or completed. This is completely inappropriate. Services rendered is what should be paid for, not services about to be rendered. Paying a copay is one thing, but seeking the completion

The office is perfectly clean. The girls at the front desk and sweet and polite. I loved the extra measures to protect their patients from COVID. Temperature checks are immediately taken. My first visit was tough but who enjoys going to the dentist, right? My second visit, was painless..whew! She did excellent work. I possibly have 3-4 visits to go but am happy that I found this place. Very satisfied. No complaints.

My recent visit to the dentist was a good experience. They got me in on time went through and explained everything as they did the cleaning process had a dentist come in recheck everything and show me where their concerns were for future visits. Also the hygienist was able to schedule the appointment so I need didn’t even need to stop at the front desk on my way out. I was out in less than 45 minutes but my expectations were going to be longer than that.

Everyone at My Frederick Dentist is warm, welcoming, professional and helpful. The doctors really take the time to explain all the treatment options and sincerely want the very best for you. I moved to Carroll County, but I still come here even though my commute is 50 minutes. I can't recommend them highly enough!
