After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, David went on to receive his Doctor of Law Degree from Emory University School of Law. David's first job after law school was as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
During his tenure as a prosecutor, David rose through the ranks of the District Attorney's Office until he was appointed as the First Assistant District Attorney (2nd in command of the office).As a prosecutor, David convicted murderers, rapists, armed robbers, drug dealers and handled thousands of DUI cases.

Juvenile CrimesDuring his 26 years in the District Attorney's Office, David Zellis worked closely with the juvenile probation officers and their supervisors. He has also handled numerous cases in juvenile court and has the knowledge needed to bring your child's case to a successful conclusion. Those arrested for drunk driving (DUI) are seldom hardened criminals. They are typically law-abiding citizens who do not deserve jail time or other serious punishments. Offenders who refuse breath or chemical testing may be subject to the highest BAC penalties (Tier 3). Field sobriety tests are comprised of a series of roadside exercises used by the arresting police officer during a DUI car stop. David is extremely unethical, malicious and vindictive. He cannot be trusted due to his unethical behavior. Because of his lack of legal ethics, he has destroyed my sister's life. Be very wary and cautious of Dave Zellis. I have paperwork and evidence to back this up.

After hiring an attorney in the very beginning of some legal issues; I wasn't feeling comfortable with the 1st attorney. I then began doing some research and came across Mr. Zellis. From the very beginning Mr. Zellis informed me of all the legal scenarios good and bad.

Mr. Zellis represented me on a 2 separate cases for Driving while on dui suspension from 2016. The typical outcome of that is a mandatory 60 days jail sentence for each. I had just came home from state prison after being already incarcerated and had gotten my life together only to find out I may have to go back. I'm Appalled at the advice this man gave my ex husband to not inform me or our children about his trouble. We were unable to tie up personal business and forever ruined his relationship with me and my children. He got my ex off of a lot of extra trouble though! Also, he never responded to an email I sent via the web site. I'm sure this man is an excellent lawyer. He helped protect A dishonest man.
