CAP Construction & Design experience started in 1970 while working for his father in Evergreen, Colorado. He continued working in the construction industry in Gunnison while attending Western Colorado University, graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. After obtaining a contract to build a house in Marble in 1979 he moved there.
In 1980 he established CAP Construction & Design. He has worked from Marble to Aspen doing residential construction and has built 16 homes in the upper Crystal River Valley, 3 bridges across the Crystal River and three along Yule Creek plus many other projects. He has always believed in doing the job right the first time.
