My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage here as my birthday present. I was super excited about it because I have scoliosis and haven't had a massage since covid happened. Prior to my appointment I received a message to arrive at least 5 minutes early. I only arrived 1-2 minutes early to stop for tip money prior. As soon as I walked in the girl at the front desk took my temperature and gave me covid paperwork. Get a membership! Thank me later! White Dahlia is such an amazing place with a fabulous owner and staff that makes you feel like family. I've never had a bad service there. Massages, facials, lash lift and tint and laser treatments have all been wonderful. There are plenty of treatment rooms and it's so clean and relaxing. I have been a member for 3 years and don't see that changing anytime soon.

My girlfriend and I got our first-ever massages here. I had Natasha, she had Lynette. Now, of course we don't have points if comparison, but we both had excellent experiences. Speaking for myself, Natasha was amazing. Really nice, and unexpectedly strong too. If you find yourself wanting/needing medium or hard pressure, she's who you need to see. She was rough, yet gentle at the same time. I felt like one of those baby ducks covered in gas after the oil spill... she cleansing my troubled feathers with the Dawn dish detergent. I'm now a new duck. I'll be back.

First of all it's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment even when you are a member. They don't have enough slots available to accommodate all their customers. Their online scheduling system is unreliable. Went for an appointment and they said I cancelled when I never did. And forget about calling to schedule an appointment-they never pick up. Also, they say it's an hour message but technically it's only 40 minutes (as many customers mentioned below). 10 minutes of talking and getting undressed and waiting for the masseuse and then they finish 10 minutes before the hour

I want to give a big thanks to Heather for taking such good care of my mom. She has early stage Alzheimer's and benefits so much from massage due to issues with scoliosis and life-long back issues. Heather honored our request that she wear a mask (we are vaccinated but cautiously coming back to normal routine), she treated my mother with great kindness, and took a few minutes to follow up with me afterward. This all meant so much to me. I see a great improvement in my mom's mobility already today. Thank you Heather! You clearly are a person with a big heart and are great at what you do! The environment

I was able to get a same day appt for an hour massage due to a cancellation. Natasha was my masseuse and she was incredible able to hit those troubled spots on my back and shoulders. I appreciate that she asks how firm or soft you'd like your muscles rubbed. Now if you tell her that you want deep tissue, look out because that is what you'll get! The only recommendation I would make is for them to use heated oil.
I like the cleanliness of the place. They take your temp upon arrival. Everyone is wearing mask, and they will not allow employees to report to work if they are not feeling well

I had a massage appointment here this week with Natasha and I arrived about 15 minutes early. The appointment didn't start til 15 minutes after the scheduled time - however the therapist did seem to go a little longer than the 80 minutes I was scheduled for. Receptionist was friendly, appearance is a very modern clean white interior almost hospital like. The rooms are lined in the back along a corridor almost like hospital rooms. The massage room had ambient wave noise playing on a small speaker upon entering. The therapist allowed me time to prepare for the massage and adjust myself

I have been a member for a year now....I absolutely LOVE this place. It's a small, family owned business that really focuses on customer service. They provide a stress-free environment and really make me feel special; like I am the only person there! Heather does an amazing job each month on my massages and I am so thrilled with her. I had such a relaxing experience at White Dahlia! Booked a 1 hour massage, and it was one of the best massages I've had! I was a bit nervous about getting a prenatal massage, wondering how comfortable it would be laying down with a big belly, but the position, massage Bed and extra pillows were perfect. The music was relaxing and they used products without a strong scent, which helped eliminate chances of sudden nausea!
The staff was really welcoming and professional. I would definitely book a massage here again. The only small thing I noticed was the massage didn't last a full hour

Last week, my husband and I finally utilized our Groupon for White Dahlia's 90 min massage. My masseuse was Yvonne and I was very pleased. She started off with a gentle massage and I asked for more pressure which she delivered. Then she made sure to ask if I was happy with that. I was. Yvonne definitely earned her 5 stars!
My husband however, had Heather and said that he got a relaxing massage. He would have liked to have more pressure for sure, but Heather never asked if he wanted more, only less. For a 90 minute massage not to satisfy your needs isn't good, so Heather scores
