Ok - First I need to apologize - I made a mistake, and I need to correct that. ------ Earlier, I left a critical review for Jason Ponder and this firm before I realized the full situation. it turns out that in FLORIDA it takes a probate estate 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF DEATH to process - and that this is considered NORMAL (never mind that we are dealing with covid). An attorney friend checked the progress of this case and determined that everything is in order and on track and nothing is wrong here. Also I was advised that this law firm could not possibly LEGALLY discuss any info or even confirm

Jason Ponder is Not a good attorney! Will make you pay all this great amount of money to end up removing himself from the case for low fund .
I'm a very low income and he promised me at the beginning to settle my case for not more than $5250 , I paid 4450 and didnt cover anything and they requested $2000 to cover the mediation, I told them that I dont have that much and I dont want the mediation but they refused to stay in the case, and they recommended to seek the legal aid to help me .
Charged me $185 to withdrawl from the case shame on them taking advantage of their clients.
