We scheduled a viewing of an apartment for 3:30. We arrived around 3 pm to make sure we were there on time. We waited for someone to show up until 3:50 and nobody showed. I attempted to call the office and was told by an automated message based on my phone number that I was 18 minutes late to my showing. I’m now sitting here typing this and still nobody has showed up. Very unprofessional and will avoid using this company in the future.
