Rick has been an excellent property manager for the home we rent in the Five Canyons neighborhood of Castro Valley.
He is always responsive to anything needed to be fixed in the home and worked hard to make sure we were happy in our home.
I would highly recommend Rick to any tenant or homeowner looking for an excellent property manager or real estate agent.

I lived in a Core One managed building for about 4 years and only left because I took an opportunity to move out of state. If given the opportunity to rent another unit with them, especially managed by Rick, I would certainly do so. Rick was very friendly and responsive to any issues I ever had with the unit, such as repairs and handling new tenants (I had a few different roommates in the 4 years I rented the unit). Additionally, when it was time for me to leave, I was forced to give Rick short notice on my move. He was extremely accommodating and made the process as painless as moving can be.

This is upsetting to see people rating this a 1 star. I have been living in one of the properties for 4 years and I have never had any issues or problems it’s the best experience renting. I really appreciate everything that management does for our complex. Please don’t fall for the negative comments. It’s a positive community that we all look out for each other and the freedom the kids have with the gated community it’s peaceful for us parents. This is definitely the place you want to rent and live for a really long time. You can definitely call it a Home! I am rating this more tha positive

Rick has been my landlord for about 6 months now, and honestly I couldn't ask for better. Him and his team replaced my door when I needed it (that day) and then when that old water heater went out on me, he had people come out and get it fixed super fast! Great communicator through text and phone calls, I always feel like I can get in touch when I need. Appreciate the support and help, especially in a business where sometimes its a headache to get anything done!

My family and I have lived for over 6 years in one of the properties that Rick Rodriguez manages. We love our house and Rick is always there for us when we need him. From our oven getting replaced, (which he stayed with the installer to make sure it's installed right, even though he was sick that day), to getting an upgrade on our dishwasher. Rick works hard for his clientele and is also a strong advocate to make sure our needs as tenants are met. We couldn't ask for a better property manager and we are a life long Core One customer.

Rick has been an excellent landlord for my family. He's extremely kind, patient with questions, quick to take care of maintenance issues, and willing to be helpful in any way he can. If I needed someone to manage a property, I would also look to Rick. His background knowledge and experience in real estate and the local market is vast. He advertised this property well, was very thorough in vetting, and highly capable in regards to maintenance/repair saving the owner $$. It's been great to work with him.

I really needed a new place to live and only a short time to search. Rick listed the only apartment that I could imagine staying in. He is an excellent property manager and highly empathetic. Responds quickly and listens to any questions or concerns. I feel lucky to have worked with him during that time, as it was a difficult point in my life, but he made the whole process of moving in fast and easy.
