We had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled due to covid. They had me upload all my documents and told me they'd take care of it all online. 2 weeks before new tax deadline I call and email to check in. Then tried again a few times. No response to email or voicemail. Prepararer is/was? Chris Harris. I was abandoned without warning by this tax preparation service. Sad to say it, as the year prior I worked with Rex and had a fantastic experience. Would have recommended him to anyone.

I would highly recommend using Harris and Associates for your account ting needs. I worked with Chris Harris and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris answered all of my questions and presented them in a way I could easily understand. I was very impressed that he took the time to look thoroughly through my previous year taxes and found an error I had made. He was able to amend my taxes and recoup the monies I had lost the previous year. I will definitely use Chris in the future for my tax needs.

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. TOOK RETURNS TO THEM IN MARCH; CHRIS HARRIS THE OWNER REALIZED OUR RETURNS WERE A BIT COMPLICATED, FILED AN EXTENSION ON OUR BEHALF. THEN CALLED US TO COME GET THEM AND TOLD US TO TAKE THEM SOME WHERE ELSE.
AND NOW OUR NEW TAX CONSULTANT DOESN'T HAVE OUR PRIMARY W-2s. THREE FROM MY HUSBAND actually. and my main one from walmart. Wonderful huh? def NOT.
I recommend and will from now on always send my taxes to FAMILY TAX COMPANY. The ladies down there have been more than wonderful and are having to correct a "7 year" CPAs screw up. My tax ladies now started doing taxes when
