Be careful of this firm I asked for their help with a case and they said oh you have a great case but we need 4,000 up front as you can imagine we get burned..... Obviously I didn't go with them and surprise surprise I lost my case . I would have been 4000 in the hole. I agree about getting burned if i had paid your firm the only one burned would have been me

Approximately 2 months after I stopped collecting unemployment benefits and had gone back to work, I received a notice from the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) that I had to pay back 100% of the money I had received. The reason was that they deemed I was ineligible to have received benefits in the first place. The amount I had received was significant, and naturally this was devastating.
I requested, and was granted, an appeal hearing, but a date hadn't been set yet--it took approximately 6 months. In the meantime, I started researching lawyers who specialized in DUA appeals

This Firm violated the FDCPA for not complying with a request for Validation of Debt within 30 Day VOD request under the Federal Law, even after receiving certified letters from me twice requesting what the bill was for, services, records they are allowed to collect a debt in Ma., doctors name and other info.
Their generic dunning statement only had amount and Hospital Name nothing else. I have been to alot of Hospitals, Doctors in the last months due to complicated Medical Issue.
You would think that whomever signed for my letters would provide those requests to the attorney so the proper information
