Back Care Clinic is an integrated medical facility that encompasses primary care, chiropractic care and physical therapy to provide the best possible outcome for the patient. I was rear-ended in a car accident and started having horrible neck pain and headaches. I was referred to Back Care Clinic by a friend.
After going, I started feeling relief for the first time since the accident. The office handled everything with my insurance, which saved me another headache. On your first visit, you should bring your driver's license, or other verification of identification, insurance information, list of medications, and knowledge of previous health history. I was scared a little to go. I've never been to a chiropractor before. Words cannot describe how much better I feel right now. The physician even asked me if I get headaches. She was so intuitive and nice. I brought a friend with me and she states she can walk normal again. She said, " I thought I was just going to have to live in pain the rest of my life. Now I feel like a younger version of myself." They even added ulstrasound to my left heel to help with a new problem I have been having for 4 months. I feel like I am walking more forward now versus on my heels.

I wish I could give the Back Care Clinic even more than 5 stars. Every single thing they do is exceptional, from the second you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. The kind staff combined with the atmosphere here is wonderful. I actually started coming here to see if it was possible to get better control over my illness and I definitely believe we have achieved that. Dr. Merritt has been very helpful in accommodating my therapy to fit my personal needs and keeps updated on all aspects of my treatment. I've never experienced the same level of care anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone. Its a great feeling to have found a practice that I actually look forward to my appointments instead of dreading them.
